Not many details to go on, but the Armory game engine Patreon was just removed and all Patreons were refunded, possibly for ALL of their contributions to date. The Blender hosted 3D engine Armory was funded entirely by Patreon backers, so this could be a brutal development. No clue as to why the Patreon page was removed and why Patreons were refunded. This entire project was made open source because it recently hit it’s Patreon monthly target.
No word yet from either Patreon or Lubos, the Armory lead developer, but for now, things do not look good. Will update in the comments down below as more information becomes available.
