GameDev Toolbox: Substance Painter



Welcome to the first ever post in the GameDev Toolbox series. In this series we will be looking at a number of tools of use for game developers.

Today we look at Substance Painter, a commercial texture painting application from Allegorithmic. Using PBR it enables you to quickly create and bake complex textures using procedural materials. They can then be exported to working with virtually any game engine.
