A detailed video on how I built a lumber rack that uses 2x4s and pipe that I installed in my garage woodworking shop. At the end of the video I said that it cost me no more than $80. Later, I tallied up the receipts and it actually cost me $56 plus $10 for the extra-long drill bit.
List of materials is:
– 4 each of 8 foot long 2x4s
– 2.3 bars of ½ inch diam galvanized pipe; each pipe is cut at 15.5 inches long
– 14 bolts 8 inches long
– 2 bolts 6 inches long
The usable depth of the pipe shelves ended up being 12.5 inches.
