Today we go over MRTK UX Controls where I show you how to create a mixed reality button from the ground up, how to add buttons through the MRTK Toolbox, how to add bound controls, and how to add object manipulators.
This tutorial also explains how to route near interaction events by using the Physical Press Event Router to the interactables component.
Breakdown of UX Controls Part #1:
– Creating buttons from the ground up with a simple cube
– Adding buttons by using the MRTK Toolbox
– Demoing where all prefabs are located for UX Controls
– Adding MRTK Bound Controls to 3D Objects (Cup of Coffee in our case)
– Adding Object Manipulators
