Inspired by an amazing wood board I decided to resurrect a project I had given up on. I made the simple oak end table some time ago but it just was not great. This video is about refinishing the table and building a new patterned insert. Design ideas and dilemmas are discussed as a failed furniture build becomes an heirloom.
