-Actual coding is so much more powerful
GameMaker Studio 2
-Cost to use: Free, $40 $100
-Ease of use: Super easy to get started, using gml
-Potential: make a decent 2d game, have everything you could want
Godot
-Cost to use: Free
-Ease of use: documentation isn’t so good, somewhat more powerful and a little more difficult
-Potential: game showcase
Unreal Engine
-Cost to use: Royalty above $3,000
-Ease of use: uses C++ and some visual scripting, VERY Powerful
-Potential: Borderlands, other great games, built for 20 years
Unity
-Cost to use: free minus a few features
-Ease of use: uses C# easier than C++, a little bit of visual scripting pretty dang powerful
-Potential: Kerbal Space Program, COD mobile
