How to repair the launcher :

If you get a problem whit an update you can try to repair the launcher.
In the main folder delete :

- All files exept Game folder 
- Extract the KA2.Patch in the main folder (not in the game folder)

You can too, in the Game folder launch the KA2.exe it will redownload the launcher.

Sometime just changing the folder will working.

Keep a copy of the zip archive so you can unzip it and backup.
