This is the first part of an Unreal Engine 4 and C++ tutorial. In this one I will explain how to get started with Unreal Engine 4 and Visual Studio 2017 and I will show you some basic programming tasks like logging.
I will use an actor base class and add it to the level, then I explain datatypes of unreal engine like FString and macros like UE_LOG and TEXT.
