Hello everybody, I am so grateful for having the time today to practice art with you all! In this practice we’ll seek and find balance, harmony and unity between our mind and body.
Art is an amazing vehicle toward meditative statuses, and it can help us to find the balance and the focus on ourselves that we all need.
For this practice, you’ll need, your art journal or mixed media paper, a regular tip black Sharpie, a fine tip black Sharpie, alcohol markers of any brand you have (mine are Shuttle Art Markers and you can buy them on Amazon).
If you don’t have many greens available, remember that, by overlapping light green with dark green you’ll have a third color, by overlapping light green and gray you have another, finally by overlapping dark green and gray you’ll have one more color. Hopefully it makes sense 😉
