Next up I needed a player Since this is called Blocky I went with the most sophisticated 3D model I could think of a cube Unity’s primitive shapes are perfect for prototyping or in my case for the actual game Because who needs fancy graphics when you can have blocks I gave my block a nice shiny material because even blocks deserve to feel beautiful After scrolling through Unity’s material options I picked a nice blue color
