In this stream I will continue working on the transport network build ability. Specificaly I want to get the method for splitting network segments at locations. This will allow the game to split network segments up where it detects collisions.
My vision for this airport sim game is to include a passage of time mechanic inspired by Transport Fever. Players will start in the early days of aviation, building small, modest airfields. As time progresses, you’ll expand into larger, more modern airports, welcoming bigger and more advanced planes as they enter service.
Throughout development, I’ll be working with a combination of C++ and Blueprints, balancing functionality and creativity to bring this project to life.
